A few weeks ago, we gave Olivia her first bowl of big girl cereal.
Like with real milk.
Um….how is she already able to use spoons and drink cows milk and use hand eye coordination….?
I remember when we gave her her first bowl of baby cereal with breast milk (almost a year ago to the day! So weird and totally unplanned!). It looked something like this, actually:
My heart cannot take pictures of baby Olivia, it just can’t. Look at those CHEEKS!
Big girl cereal. Cheerios and milk.
She was actually pretty good at working that spoon for a little while.
And then she realized something…..”Hey, there’s milk in this bowl!!!!!!”
She’s getting better at eating the cereal with the spoon everyday, and it pains me in the most beautiful way possible with how fast she’s growing. In fact, what I’m about to say next, may kill me a little:
Olivia is 18 months today.
Olivia is one and a half.
It just ain’t right.
Has someone figured out how to pause life yet? Because I want to stay in this exact time frame for the rest of forever.
