Last week, we had a bit of a cold front. On Thursday it was only 48 degrees outside, so Olivia and I were kinda secluded to the inside, looking for fun things to do, all over again!
We started with the most delicious chicken noodle soup (we ate the whole batch!) and then we decided to continue to embrace the cold weather by taking a deliciously warm bath, complete with rubber duckies and bath crayons.
If you don’t have bath crayons, you should get on that.
Even if you don’t have kids……. (Too much? ;)
Seriously though, they are so much fun and we doodled all over the walls through our entire bath
And a little video….
When I showed Dominic the pictures of our ‘relaxing bath’ his response was, “Man, you must’ve been really relaxed to let our daughter write all over the walls with crayons.”
Um……..what kind of crazy does he think I am? I mean really.
Anyway, I love these things because she can write as much as she wants, where ever she wants in the bath tub, and press AS HARD AS SHE WANTS, and it still comes right off with water! I also love these bath crayons because I’m currently teaching her colors (right now she thinks everything is blue, but will point out blue things wherever we are! Smarty pants.), so this was even more perfect.
For the life of me, I cannot remember where I got them, but I’m gonna go ahead and guess Target because………….well, that’s our store.
Happy Bath Coloring!
P.S. In case you’re wondering, Olivia hasn’t tried to color on our regular walls. Every time she has a pen or crayons, we are very stern with her and always say “paper only, Olivia” and she does a pretty good job of listening to that!
