Since Olivia has been born, I’ve kinda prided myself on how fantastic her wardrobe is. Seriously, most days (especially lately) I find myself telling my husband, “I reallly wish that came in my size.”
I’m pretty much jealous of a 2 1/2 year old’s wardrobe…the first step is admitting it, right? ;)
Until now, I have never really thought to document her outfits, but lately people have been asking a lot of “where did you get that ____?” So I decided it would just be easier to write it down in a post, and link some of the stuff, if I can find it!
The minute my sister showed me these pants, I knew they had to come home with us. I’ve never been brave enough to try on different patterns such as the one on this pair of pants, but my girl sure can. I’m actually not sure what she can’t pull off. I love them because they are so light and airy, perfect for this particular 75 degree walk around the outdoor mall, and I also really, really love that shade of blue.
This outfit was a steal. And a total win, too! I found these leggings and instantly fell in love. The only problem was that I didn’t know what shirt I’d pair with it. Obviously, I didn’t care and still bought them. Not only because they were on sale ($3!), but because, hello- there are hearts on the knees; I wish they came in my size!
One day when I finally pulled them out to see what I could pair with them, I remembered this certain shirt that I bought about a year ago….also on sale ($2!)! The two colors matched perfectly and Olivia walked around all day telling everyone, “Look at the hearts on me knees! I love hearts!”
Me too, girlfriend, me. too.
Dressing her is seriously so much fun. And I love that she still lets me put her in whatever she wants. Although I think I’ll love when she has an opinion and wants to dress herself, too.
